Summer Squash

- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 3 cups Squash

Slice and lightly simmer summer squash. Chop chives and grate cheese.

Drain squash, add remaining ingredients, stir.

Pour into greased small casserole.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese.

Bake to brown top.
