Spinach Souffle

9 ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 slices Bread
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 pound Spinach (fresh)
  • 1/3 cup Milk (powdered)

4 steps

  1. Pulverize spinach and onion in Cuisinart.
  2. Melt butter in souffle pan.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and microzap (sic) 20 minutes on medium high, then 5 minutes on low.
