Spinach Souffle

- 1 pound Spinach (fresh)
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup Milk (powdered)
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 slices Bread

Pulverize spinach and onion in Cuisinart.

Melt butter in souffle pan.

Cut the bread into cubes.

Mix all ingredients together and microzap (sic) 20 minutes on medium high, then 5 minutes on low.
