$250 Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cup Oatmeal (ground)
- 12 ounces Chocolate chips
- 1 and 1/2 cup Nuts
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 4 ounces Milk chocolate (grated)

Preheat oven to 370 F.

Chop nuts.

Cream butter with white and brown sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla.

Blend together flour, oatmeal powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients.

Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, grated milk chocolate, and chopped nuts.

Roll into balls and put them onto cookie sheets.

Bake in oven at 370 F for about 10 minutes. Keep checking and rotating the cookies to make sure you get them out when they're perfectly done.

Makes 3-4 dozen cookies, depending on how hungry you are when you make them, and how big you decide to make the balls of dough.
