Lasagna

- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 Red onion
- 1 pound Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Egg
- 3 cups Mozzarella
- 2 quarts Spaghetti sauce
- 1 box Lasagna noodles

Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown ground beef and onions while boiling noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Blend cottage cheese, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg & egg to smooth. Set aside.

Grate or chunk up mozzarella. Set aside.

Begin layering lasagna in a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Create an even layer of pasta sauce on the bottom, then add a layer of noodles, then a layer of cottage cheese mix, then a layer of meat, then a layer of mozzarella.

Repeat layering from sauce layer until dish is filled. End on a layer of noodles, topped with cheese.

Bake 45 - 55 minutes at 350F. Lasagna is done cooking when top is brown and sauce is bubbling.
