Cherry Pie

4 ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Almond extract
- 1 quart Cherries

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Prepare a pie crust (per the pie crust recipe).

Mix all ingredients together and place in pie crust. (Note: 1/4 cup sugar assumes using fresh cherries. If using home canned cherries, use 3/4 cup sugar)

Bake for 15 minutes at 400 F, then lower temperature to 375 F for another 15 minutes, then 350 F for the final 15 minutes.

The recipe is a bit unclear as to the baking times, so I've assumed it's 15 min / 15 min / 15 min. Jan, if you're seeing this, could you confirm or update my take on this?
