Strawberry / Raspberry Cold Pie

7 ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons Jello

Mix cornstarch with sugar.

Add water, corn syrup and salt, and cook until thick. Stir, and don't burn.

Add 2 tablespoons of jello (strawberry or raspberry), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a few drops of red food coloring.

Cool, then put whole or sliced berries in baked pie shell and pour cool mixture over. Chill well.
