Cherry Cheesecake Pie

9 ingredients

  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 and 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 quart Cherries (pitted and stemmed)
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 package Graham crackers
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk

3 steps

  1. For the crust: mix Graham Crackers (crushed), butter (melted), and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into 9" pie dish. (can bake or not)
  2. For the filling: mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Pour in crust and chill.
  3. For the topping sauce: combine cherries, remaining sugar (1 cup), almond extract and cornstarch. Boil for 1 minute.
