Cherry Cheesecake Pie

9 ingredients
- 1 package Graham crackers
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 quart Cherries (pitted and stemmed)
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon Almond extract
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice
- 1 and 1/4 cup Sugar

For the crust: mix Graham Crackers (crushed), butter (melted), and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into 9" pie dish. (can bake or not)

For the filling: mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Pour in crust and chill.

For the topping sauce: combine cherries, remaining sugar (1 cup), almond extract and cornstarch. Boil for 1 minute.
