Pumpkin Pie #2

8 ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Allspice

5 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. To cook pumpkin, put eyes, other cuts out in a pan with a little water, steam for 20 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft, scoop it off it's skin.
  3. Note: milk can be 1 cup, or use more pumpkin to fill crust.
  4. Note: you can sub cloves for allspice.
  5. Blend all ingredients 'til smooth, pour into unbaked pie crust, bake for 45 minutes at 375 F.
