Pumpkin Pie #2

8 ingredients
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 and 1/2 cup Pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice

Preheat oven to 375 F.

To cook pumpkin, put eyes, other cuts out in a pan with a little water, steam for 20 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft, scoop it off it's skin.

Note: milk can be 1 cup, or use more pumpkin to fill crust.

Note: you can sub cloves for allspice.

Blend all ingredients 'til smooth, pour into unbaked pie crust, bake for 45 minutes at 375 F.
