Casserole

6 ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 pound Spinach (canned)
  • 14 ounces Creme fraiche
  • 1/2 pound Pasta (fusili)

7 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Drain spinach (make sure to have 1/2 pound when drained).
  3. Cook the ground beef in a pan, make sure to pour out the grease.
  4. Chop onion into medium dice.
  5. Mix everything together with a spatula, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese (gruyere or swiss is best).
  6. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
  7. Note: you can add 1/2 pound of cooked sliced mushrooms for extra deliciousness
