Casserole

- 1 medium Onion
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 pound Spinach (canned)
- 14 ounces Creme fraiche
- 1/2 pound Pasta (fusili)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Drain spinach (make sure to have 1/2 pound when drained).

Cook the ground beef in a pan, make sure to pour out the grease.

Chop onion into medium dice.

Mix everything together with a spatula, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese (gruyere or swiss is best).

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Note: you can add 1/2 pound of cooked sliced mushrooms for extra deliciousness
