Blackberry / Raspberry / Cherry Pie

5 ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
  • 4 tablespoons Tapioca
  • 1 quart Berries

5 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Microwave tapioca and water in 1 minute intervals until it forms one big glob.
  3. Mix berries, cinnamon, and sugar with tapioca. (Note: can replace tapioca mixture with 1/4 cup flour instead)
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
