Turkey Walnut Salad

- 1/3 cup Walnut
- 1/2 cup Black beans
- 2 bowls Lettuce mix
- 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces Turkey (cold cut)
- 1/3 cup Blueberries
Chop the lettuce mix into ~1 inch strips and transfer to salad bowl.
Cut the turkey into 1/2 inch strips, add to salad. (For added flavor, the turkey can also be seared for about 10 minutes in a hot pan with a blend of mediterranean spices)
Cut blueberries in half or quarters. Add to salad and toss.
Add black beans to salad and toss.
Fine chop the walnuts, and sprinkle on top of the salad.
Cut the cheddar into small cubes (~1/4 inch), and sprinkle on top of the salad.
Drizzle your choice of vinaigrette or ranch on top, and enjoy. (Chef's suggestion: Blueberry Yogurt Vinaigrette)
