Blueberry Yogurt Vinaigrette

6 ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 pound Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Mustard (stone ground)
  • 2 tablespoons Blueberry yogurt

3 steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender, until blueberries are well mashed.
  2. Salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Keep vinaigrette refrigerated in a small hermetically sealed mason jar, for up to two weeks.
