Egg Nog

- 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar
- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla extract
- 2 quarts Milk (1%)
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 sprinkle Nutmeg
- 1 cup Brandy

Beat eggs with sugar and salt

Stir in half of the milk

Heat slowly for 20 to 25 mins until thickened (~170F). Don't boil.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients and chill.
