Granola Bars

Breakfast - makes 6 servings

9 ingredients

  • 4 cups Rolled oats
  • 2/3 cups Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nuts
  • 1 cup Raisins

6 steps

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
  2. Bake oats in a 15" x 10" x 1" pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add baked oats to bowl and mix well.
  5. Press into pan and bake for 25 mins.
  6. (for loose granola instead of bars, don't pack. can add sunflower seeds)
