Lynda's Eggs

12 ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 slices Bread
  • 1 dash Paprika
  • 1 cup Bacon
  • 1 can Mushroom
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk

6 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook bacon in a pan. (can use sausage instead)
  3. Scramble 1 dozen eggs with 3 tablespoons butter and onions.
  4. Mix remaining butter, cheese, flour, milk, salt and pepper into a sauce.
  5. Toast bread slices with paprika, cut into croutons.
  6. Pour cheese sauce and croutons over eggs, then bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
