Belgian Waffles A La Sarah

- 3 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 and 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 3 Egg whites
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1 and 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients into bowl, blend.

Combine egg yolks and milk, stir into dry mixture.

Stir in oil.

Beat egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold into mixture. Do not over-mix.

Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto preheated waffle iron.
