- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Milk

Combine ingredients in bowl until runs like heavy cream with no lumps.

Use 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour onto hot oiled pan. (put several drops vegetable oil in before each crepe and slide around hot pan bottom entirely)

When edges turn up a bit, or turn a little brown, edge a spatula around and finally under the crepe to flip it.

After it is flipped, the crepe is pretty much done.
