Mrs. P's Crepes

Breakfast - makes 12 servings

6 ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk

4 steps

  1. Combine ingredients in bowl until runs like heavy cream with no lumps.
  2. Use 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour onto hot oiled pan. (put several drops vegetable oil in before each crepe and slide around hot pan bottom entirely)
  3. When edges turn up a bit, or turn a little brown, edge a spatula around and finally under the crepe to flip it.
  4. After it is flipped, the crepe is pretty much done.
