  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Fry in a hot pan with a little oil, flip when edges dry.
  4. If any are left over, sprinkle with sugar to store.
