- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk

Melt butter.

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Fry in a hot pan with a little oil, flip when edges dry.
