  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Apple (finely diced)

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Drop by spoonful into 375 F oil. Fry until golden brown.
