Sausage Broccoli Chowder

15 ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 (medium) Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 8 ounces Mushroom
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Broccoli floret
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 9 ounces Tortellini
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 quarts Light cream
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 2 or 3 Carrots
- 32 ounces Chicken broth

Chop onion, mince garlic, slice mushrooms, and dice carrots.

Cook and drain the tortellini.

Note: recipe does not mention further steps. Transcriber's best guess: peel casings off Italian sausage and cook in a pan along with onions and garlic. Once cooked, transfer to large soup pot along with all other ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 mn. Maybe?
