Vegetable Soup (With Meat)

11 ingredients
- 1/2 pound Ground beef
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 cups Water
- 1 large Carrot
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 small Onion
- 1-2 cup Canned tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Rice
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 2-3 cubes Beef bouillon

Note: rice can be be replaced by similar amount of barley or potatoes.

Chop up the carrot, celery stalks, and onion.

Brown the meat in a deep sauce pan.

Add the rest of the ingredients, cover, and cook for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are tender.
