Vegetable Soup (With Meat)

11 ingredients

  • 2-3 cubes Beef bouillon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1-2 cup Canned tomatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 pound Ground beef

4 steps

  1. Note: rice can be be replaced by similar amount of barley or potatoes.
  2. Chop up the carrot, celery stalks, and onion.
  3. Brown the meat in a deep sauce pan.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover, and cook for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are tender.
