Basic Egg Noodle Pasta

3 ingredients

  • 3 & 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water

5 steps

  1. Sift the all-purpose flour.
  2. Place eggs, water, and flour in a mixer bowl. Using flat beater, turn speed to 2 and mix for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove flat beater and attach dough hook. Turn to speed 2 and knead for 2 minutes.
  4. Hand knead dough for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Cover with dry towel and let rest for 15 minutes before extruding through pasta maker.
