- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pound Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Egg
- 1 pound Mozzarella
- Spaghetti sauces
- Lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles.

Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper.

Blend cottage cheese with Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and egg.

Layer bottom of lasagna dish with spaghetti sauce, then add layer of noodles, layer of cottage cheese, layer of meat, layer of mozzarella.

Repeat layering as needed.

Top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella.

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 F.

Let cool for 15 minutes.
