Pasta Florentine

- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Grated Mozzarellas
- 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
- 1 pound Spinach (fresh)
- 1 pound Linguine pasta

Cook pasta (per directions)

Saute almonds and garlic in butter in a saucepan

Chop spinach, then add to almonds and garlic.

Cook until just tender (~5 min)

Add salt and lemon, then toss with pasta and serve while hot.
