Pasta Florentine

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Grated Mozzarellas
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
  • 1 pound Spinach (fresh)
  • 1 pound Linguine pasta

5 steps

  1. Cook pasta (per directions)
  2. Saute almonds and garlic in butter in a saucepan
  3. Chop spinach, then add to almonds and garlic.
  4. Cook until just tender (~5 min)
  5. Add salt and lemon, then toss with pasta and serve while hot.
