Salads - makes 6 servings

- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 6 medium Potatos
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Boil the eggs until hard, then cool, chop and set aside.
Chop onion (finely) and celery. Set aside.
Heat 1" of water (add 1/2 teaspoon salt per cup of water) to a boil. Add unpeeled potatoes. Cover tightly, heat to boiling again and cook for 30-35 mins.
Drain the potatoes, cool, and peel. Cut potatoes into cubes.
Combine in bowl with onion Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix with Italian dressing
Cover; refrigerate for at least two hours.
Just before serving, add mayo, celery and eggs.
