- 1 Pie crust
- 1/2 cup Ham (cubed)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups Light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Red cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Spinach (fresh)

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Chop spinach.

Beat eggs in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 F for 50 minutes.
Nick says:
For some added flavor, pull quiche out of oven 5 min before done baking and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top, then replace in oven for remaining bake time.
