9 ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Light cream
  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh)
  • 1 Pie crust
  • 1/2 cup Ham (cubed)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red cayenne pepper

4 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Chop spinach.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 F for 50 minutes.

For some added flavor, pull quiche out of oven 5 min before done baking and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top, then replace in oven for remaining bake time.
