Clam Linguine

9 ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Clam juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 (8oz) can Clams (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 8 ounces Linguine pasta

Saute garlic in oil until brown, flatten and swish in oil, then discard (transcriber's note: guessing that mean discard the extra oil...)

Add clam juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add clams and juice - stir well. Cook 8 - 4 minutes.

Stir in parsley.
