Clam Linguine

9 ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 8 ounces Linguine pasta
  • 1 cup Clam juice
  • 1 (8oz) can Clams (minced)

5 steps

  1. Saute garlic in oil until brown, flatten and swish in oil, then discard (transcriber's note: guessing that mean discard the extra oil...)
  2. Add clam juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add clams and juice - stir well. Cook 8 - 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in parsley.
  5. [directions end here. best guess: pour over cooked linguine and enjoy]
