From the kitchen of Grandma Hirsh
Meat - makes 4 servings

Cook time: 25 mins

- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 quart Canned tomatoes
In greased frying pan, cook ground beef until it starts to brown.
Chop onion, and add to the browning beef. Stir, and add salt.
When meat is brown remove any grease that has separated from it, then add canned tomatoes, vinegar, and sugar.
When boiling, turn down the heat to simmer, stirring every so often until desired thickness is achieved.
Spoon into hamburger buns.
