4 ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 pounds Pork tenderloin

4 steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Rub meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Sliver garlic cloves, and push into openings made into the meat with a sharp knife.
  4. Bake at 325 about 1/2 hour per pound of meat.
