- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 pounds Pork tenderloin

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Rub meat with salt and pepper.

Sliver garlic cloves, and push into openings made into the meat with a sharp knife.

Bake at 325 about 1/2 hour per pound of meat.
