3 Bean Salad

14 ingredients

  • 1 can Yellow beans
  • 1 can Green beans
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Celery salt

3 steps

  1. Cook carrots.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in salad bowl.
  3. (note: recipe does not mention quantities for celery, carrots, green and red peppers, and onions - 1/2 cup each is the transcriber's best guess, but ask Jan Daum if possible. Recipe also mentions "for garden veggies, only make 1/2 batch at a time.")
